Airline Chicken w/ Caribbean Sauce


  • 4pc Airline Chicken Breast

  • 1TBS Olive Oil

  • 4TBS Metro Market Northern Italian Marinate

  • Taste Borsari Seasoning

  • 1½TBS Fresh Chopped herbs

  • Taste Napa Valley Caribbean Rum Sauce



Combine olive oil and Italian Marinade, seasoning, and herbs. Pour over chicken and let marinate in cooler for 2-4 hours.

Preheat grill. Have one side hotter and another lower heat setting

Grill chicken skin side down for 5 minutes or until seared with nice grill marks. Flip chicken over and place on lower heat side and cook for about 12 minutes or until cooked through (165*F). Once chicken is almost done cooking mover to higher heat setting and baste with Caribbean rum sauce.
