Airline Chicken Breast Marinated and Grilled


  • 4 Airline Chicken Breast

  • 1 ½ Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 2Tbsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard

  • 2 lemon zested and juiced

  • ½ cup soy sauce

  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar

  • Sprigs of Rosemary, Thyme, and parsley chopped

  • Salt and Pepper to taste



Combine all ingredients except chicken in a glass or plastic container, mix well. Add chicken and marinated in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours.

Preheat grill to medium. Place chicken on grill for approx 17-20 minutes (turning twice per side) or until no longer pink in the middle and the juices run clear.
