Texas Redfish with Avocado Orange Salsa


  • 6pcs 8 oz Texas Redfish

  • Taste Borsari Seasoning

  • 2 Tbl Vegetable Oil

  • 1 Ripe Avocado, ½ inch Dice

  • ½ Lime, Juiced

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced

  • 1 Orange (pith removed and cut into pieces)

  • 1 Scallion diced

  • Taste Salt & Pepper


Heat grill on high.

Season the grates of your grill with vegetable oil.

While grill is heating, lightly season the fish with the Borsari Seasoning then rub with more vegetable oil.

Prepare the Avocado Salsa: Toss the avocado with the lime juice in a bowl. Add the bell pepper, orange, and scallions.

Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the Texas Redfish fillets over direct heat flesh side down first for three minutes.

Gently turn the fish over and grill for three more minutes or until it reaches an internal temp of 135*F.

Remove the fish from the grill to a platter.

Serve topped with a spoonful of salsa.
