Ingredients
2 Filets of Snapper
taste Borsari Seasoning
¼ cup Tequila
¼ Shallot diced
2TBS Brown sugar
1 chili (optional) minced
1 lime juiced and zested
1 garlic clove minced
Preparation:
Mix the tequila with the brown sugar, garlic, chile & lime juice. Marinate the fish for about 30 minutes.
Place the Scarlet Snapper on a preheated grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes or until done.
