Scarlet Snapper Tequila Citrus Marinate


  • 2 Filets of Snapper

  • taste Borsari Seasoning

  • ¼ cup Tequila

  • ¼ Shallot diced

  • 2TBS Brown sugar

  • 1 chili (optional) minced

  • 1 lime juiced and zested

  • 1 garlic clove minced


Mix the tequila with the brown sugar, garlic, chile & lime juice. Marinate the fish for about 30 minutes.

Place the Scarlet Snapper on a preheated grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes or until done.
