Salmon Asian-Style Marinated


  • 4 Pharaoh Island Salmon Fillets

  • Taste Salt and pepper


  • ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • ¼ cup Olive oil

  • ¼ cup Peanut oil

  • 1TBS Brown Sugar

  • 1TBS chopped pickled or sushi ginger

  • 1tsp Red pepper flakes

  • 1tsp Hot chili sauce (optional)

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 2TBS Dijon Mustard

  • 2tsp Sesame Oil

  • 6 scallions sliced for garnish at the end


In a food processor/ or using an emulsion blender add all ingredients for the marinate except the oils. Puree the base for the marinate until smooth then slowly add the oils until well blended.

Place the salmon in a container, season with a little salt and pepper and pour the finished marinate over the salmon and refrigerate for up to 8 hours.

Remove from marinate and grill or bake (400*F) the salmon for about 12-14 minutes or until done to your likeness.
