Ribeye Delmonico with Shallot Sauce


  • 4 USDA Choice Aged Ribeye Delmonico Steaks

  • 2TBS Olive Oil

  • Taste Borsari Seasoning

  • 1TBS Fresh Chopped Rosemary, Thyme

Caramelized Shallot Sauce

  • 3 Shallots julienne

  • 2TBS Olive Oil

  • ½ Cup Red Wine

  • 1 Container Red Wine Sauce

  • Taste Salt and Pepper


Preheat Grill.

Season steak with herbs, oil and Borsari seasoning and place the steaks on the grill and cook for 8-12 minutes or until done to your likeness.

In sauce pan add the oil and caramelize the shallots, add the wine and reduce by half. Add the Red Wine Sauce and reduce to desired consistency. Season to taste
