Rib Club Steak Bourbon Demi Glace


  • 4 USDA Choice Aged Rib Club Steaks

  • Taste Borsari Seasoning

Bourbon Demi

  • 1TBS Olive Oil

  • Taste Salt and Pepper

  • 1 Small Shallot minced

  • 1 garlic clove chopped

  • 3oz Culinaire Glace De Veau

  • 2oz Kentucky bourbon

  • 3oz Heavy Cream


In a preheated sauce pan add the olive oil and sauté the shallot until tender, about 2 minutes. Next add the garlic and continue sautéing for about 30 seconds. Remove the pan from the heat and add the bourbon and carefully flambé the bourbon with a long stemmed lighter. Return to heat and add the veal stock let reduce by a one third and add the heavy cream stir together set aside until ready to serve with the steaks

Preheat Grill

Season steaks with the Borsari seasoning and cook on the grill for about 5 minutes per side or until done to your likeness.
