Ranch Club Sirloin Wok Style


  • 3-4 Angus Reserve Ranch Club Sirloin Steaks

  • 1TBS Sesame Oil


  • ½cup Wine Country Kitchen Honey Ginger Teryiaki

  • 3TBS White Sugar

  • 1TBS Metropolitan Market Sesame Seeds

  • 1TBS Sesame Oil

  • 1 Shallot julienne

  • 3 Scallions Sliced

  • 2 Clove garlic chopped

  • 5TBS Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine, optional)


Thinly slice the steaks.

In a bow combine the marinate and add the steaks and cover and refrigerate for 2-8 hours.

In a preheated sauté skillet or Wok add oil and meat and cook over high heat for about 3-6 minutes or until done to your likeness.

Serve over salad or rice.
