Ingredients
1cl Garlic - cut in ½ horizontally
1 pkg Rack of Pork
Taste Salt and Pepper
Taste Borsari Seasoning
½ cup Olive Oil
1TBS Dijon Mustard
2sprigs Thyme
3ea sprigs. Sprigs of thyme and rosemary - leaves removed and chopped
4 Basil leaves - chopped
1TBS Fresh Grated Ginger (optional)
1bu Fresh parsley - chopped
1 Lemon - juiced
1TBS Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*F
Place quiche directly on the oven rack and bake for 25 minutes.
