
Ingredients
4 Black Pearl Pork Rib Chips
Pork Chop Seasoning
1Tbl Olive Oil
1tsp Smoked Paprika
1Tbl Fresh Sage, Parsley, Thyme – all chopped
2tsp Dijon Mustard
Squash Roast
2Tbl Olive Oil
1 Shallot, diced
1 Red Onion, diced
Taste Salt and pepper
1 Butternut Squash peeled, seeded and diced
1tsp Ground Nutmeg
2tsp Cinnamon
2tsp Sage, fresh - chopped
2Tbl Brown Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 425*F
Mix all ingredients for the squash roast in a bowl and place in a nonstick baking pan. Roast for 20 minutes
Mix together all ingredients for pork seasoning and rub over the pork chops.
Remove the baking dish from the oven, stir the squash, make room in the baking dish for the pork chops. Place the chops in the dish with the squash, continue roasting for 15 minutes or until done to your preference
