Pork Rib Chop Stuff w/ Spinach & Goat Cheese


  • 4 Bone in Pork Chops

  • Taste Borsari Seasoning

  • 2TBS Olive Oil

  • Stuffing mixture

  • 1 Bag Metro Fresh Spinach

  • 6-8pcs Metro Market Sundried Tomato chopped

  • 2-3oz Metro Market Goat Cheese Crumbles

  • Taste Salt and Pepper

  • 2 Garlic Cloves Chopped


Cut a deep pocket into the pork chops, season with the Borsari seasoning.

In a mixing bowl add the stuffing mixture and mix well. Take a handful of the mixture and stuff into the pork chops

Sear in a preheated sauté skillet with a little olive oil, once golden brown on the first side flip the chop over and place the skillet into the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes or until done.
