4 Tomahawk Pork Chops
1/3c Olive oil
1TBS Rosemary chopped
2 Garlic cloves
Taste Salt & pepper
½ c Balsamic vinegar
1Tbl Olive Oil
1 Sweet onion cut into 8 wedges
2 Pears cored and cut into 8 wedges
Mix together the olive oil, garlic and rosemary
Coat the pork in the mixture and refrigerate for about an hour.
Add the balsamic vinegar to a small sauce pot and reduce it by about ½
When cooled it will be about the consistency of syrup
Melt butter in a large skillet with 1 T. of olive oil over medium high heat
Add the onions and cook for about 8 minutes until they start to caramelize
Add the pears and cook for another few minutes
Stir in the reduced balsamic and set aside.
On a preheated grill cook the pork chops for about 8-10 minutes or until done to your preference and serve with the pear onion sauce.
