Ingredients
4 Metropolitan Market’s Black Pearl Pork Rib Chops
Taste Borsari Seasoning
3Tbl Olive Oil
1Tbl Assorted chopped herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary)
1Tbl Dijon Mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*F
Sauce Preparation:
In a saucepan, add oil and caramelize the shallots. Add the wine and reduce by half. Add the Red Wine Sauce and reduce to desired consistency.
Season to taste
Pork Chops:
Lightly season the pork chops with Borsari seasoning.
Mix Dijon mustard, 1 Tbl olive oil & fresh herbs in a bowl and rub over the chops
Preheat a heavy duty ovenproof skillet on the stovetop over medium heat.
Add the remaining olive oil.
Place pork chops in the pan and sear until golden brown on one side about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Turn the pork chops over and place the pan into the oven and continue cooking for about 8-10 minutes or until finished to your preference.
Plate the chops and serve the sauce on the side
