Pork Chop with Apricot Pineapple


  • 4pc Premium Pork Frenched Rib Chops

  • Taste Salt and pepper

  • 2TBS Olive Oil

  • 2 Garlic Cloves Chopped

  • 1TBS Dijon Mustard

  • 1-2TBS Chopped Fresh herbs, parsley, Thyme, oregano and rosemary

  • 3TBS Earth and Vine Apricot Pineapple Tangerine Jam


  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • 2tsp Olive Oil

  • ¼ Onion Chopped

  • ½c Glace de Veau

  • ½c Red Wine

  • ½c Markers Mark gourmet sauce


Preheat Grill.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, combine olive oil, garlic & herbs. Place over medium- medium high heat and cook until your likeness, about 10.

During last 5 minutes of cooking glaze the chops with the jam.

Serve with additional jelly as well needed.
