Ingredients:
4pc Halibut Fillet
Taste Salt and Pepper
2TBS Olive Oil
½ea Lime and lemon juiced
5oz Earth and Vine Chili Ponzu sauce
1 Scallion Sliced
1 Garlic clove chopped
Directions:
Mix together lime juice, lemon juice, scallions, garlic and the ponzu sauce. Put halibut in a dish and pour over the mixture, place in the refrigerator for up to an hour.
Preheat oven 400*F
Place Halibut in a baking dish and pour over the marinate cook for about 15 minutes or until done to your likeness.
