Guinness Marinated Signature Sirloin Steak


  • 1 Signature Sirloin Steak

  • 1 cup Guinness Beer

  • 2 TBSP Brown Sugar

  • 2 TBSP Teriyaki Sauce

  • Kosher Salt & Black Pepper to taste



Season Steaks with salt & pepper. Use a fork to poke holes on both sides of the steak. Mix together the beer, brown sugar, and teriyaki sauce. Marinate the steak for 10 -20 minutes.

Reserve the used marinade, place it in a sauce pan, and bring to a boil. Allow it to boil for two to three minutes. Set aside.

Preheat the grill to medium and cook approximately 10-12 minutes per side. Turning the steak every 5-6 minutes. Allow to rest for 8-10 minutes. Slice, top with the prepared marinade and serve.
