Grilled Mahi Mahi with Pineapple Mango Chutney


  • 4 pcs Mahi Mahi fillets

  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil

  • Taste Borsari Seasoning

  • Lemon for garnish


  • 1 Mango skinned, pitted and diced

  • ½ Red pepper diced

  • ¼ Red onion diced

  • 1 Pineapple skinned, cored, and diced

  • Bunch cilantro chopped

  • 1 lime zested and juiced

  • ¼ cup each Sugar and water (simple syrup)

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Place water and sugar in small pot and bring to a boil, meanwhile combine all ingredients for chutney into small bowl. Mix in simple syrup and refrigerate.

Pre heat grill to medium high

Drizzle Mahi with olive oil and Borsari seaoning. Place Mahi on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until done turning once half way through cooking. Remove from grill and serve over fruit chutney garnish with lemon.
