Continental Striploin Roast


  • 1 Angus Reserve Continental Striploin Roast

Make as per Taste:

  • 3oz Butter

  • 2 Garlic cloves

  • 3oz Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme, Chive)

  • Taste Salt & Pepper

  • 3oz Olive Oil

  • 2TBs Dijon Mustard



In a food processor add the garlic, herbs, butter, and olive oil.

Rub the mixture and Dijon mustard over the top and even sides of meat.

Preheat oven to 475*F

Place meat in a roasting pan, and roast for 15 minutes, turn the oven down to 325*F and continue roasting until meat reaches 125-130*F internal temperature about 35 minutes.

Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes prior to carving.
