Boneless Pork Chop with Red Wine Reduction


  • 4 Pork Chops

  • Taste Borsari Seasoning


  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • 2tsp Olive Oil

  • ¼ Onion Chopped

  • ½c Glace de Veau

  • ½c Red Wine

  • ½c Markers Mark gourmet sauce


Preheat oven to 375*F

In a sauce pan add the olive oil, sauté the onions for 3-4 minutes and then add the garlic. .

Cook for about 30 seconds.

Deglaze the pan with the red wine, then add the veal stock and the gourmet sauce.

Reduce sauce until thickened about 10 minutes.

Season the pork chops

In a preheated heavy bottom pan add the oil and then seasoned chops and cook for about 3 minutes per side

Place the pan into the oven and cook for 6-8 minutes or until done to your preference.
