Alaskan Cod Crusted w/ Kalamata Olives


  • 3-4pcs Alaskan Cod Fillets

  • 2-3TBS Mayo

  • 6-8 Metropolitan Market Kalamata Olives chopped

  • Taste Salt and Pepper

  • 4TBS Metropolitan Market Panko Bread Crumbs

  • 1TBS Fresh Chopped Parsley



Preheat oven to 400*F

Place the cod fillets on a baking dish and spread the mayo over the fillets and top with sliced olives. Sprinkle the Panko and parsley over the fillets and season with salt and pepper

Bake the fish for about 12-15 minutes or until done and fish easly flakes
