Sea Bass with Prosciutto
Ingredients 4 Sea bass fillets 6-8 oz ¼ Cup Flour for dusting 2TBS Olive Oil 2TBS Capers 3 Slices of Prosciutto thinly sliced ½ea Lemon and Lime juiced and zested Taste Salt and Pepper ½ Cup White Wine 2Tbs Plugra Butter Preparation: Preheat the oven to 400*F Place the fillets on a large plate and dust each side lightly with flour and season with salt and pepper. Place a large skillet with olive oil over medium high heat. Add the Sea bass and cook until golden brown on 1 side
