  • 8-10 Sea Scallops Dry Pack Day Boat U/10 count

  • Taste Salt and pepper

  • 1TBS Olive Oil

  • 1TBS Butter

  • 3oz White Wine

  • 1 Tomato diced

  • 2tsp Capers drained

  • 1 Lemon


In a skillet add the olive oil, season the scallops and cook for about 2 minutes per side or until done to your likeness. Remove scallops from pan and set aside add the skillet the white wine and reduce by half add the butter, capers, tomatoes, juice from half the lemon. And serve the sauce over the scallops
