4 Halibut Fillets
1/2 Lemon juiced
2 Garlic cloves minced
3oz Plugra Butter
1/4cup Parsley, Dill, and Thyme chopped
Place halibut on a cleaned and well oiled grates and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until done. When Halibut is almost done place a sauté skillet on the stove or side burner of grill and add the butter and garlic and sauté just long enough to get the garlic aromatic and then remove from heat and add the fresh herbs and lemon. Serve the melted butter sauce over the halibut.
