Ingredients:
1 Metropolitan Market USDA Choice Flank Steak – about 2#
Marinade
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
10oz Napa Valley Honey Ginger Teriyaki
4ozMetro Market Japanese Wasabi & Yuzu Sauce
Directions:
Score the surface of the meat with a knife.
Combine the marinade ingredients and cover the flank steak in a container.
Marinate for about 2 hours.
Preheat grill
Take the steak out of the marinade and place it on the grill
Cook for about 4-6 minutes per side (turning twice per side for grill marks) until cooked to your preference.
Let rest for about 4 minutes.
Make very thin slices against the grain and at a diagonal to increase the width of the slices.
The excess marinade can be heated and reduced in a saucepan to serve as a dipping sauce.
