Walnut Chicken Salad

 

Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs  Market Square Diced Cooked Chicken Meat 

1 cup  Mayonnaise 

1 rib  Celery, diced fine 

1 small bunch  Red Seedless Grapes, sliced in half 

½ cup  Walnuts, chopped 

2 T  San Marco Pesto 

To Taste  Salt & Pepper 

4 ozs.  Spring Mix 

 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together well.

Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Place spring mix on service plates and spread chicken salad over the greens.

Serves: 4
