Bean Chili

2 Large onions, diced
3-5 Large green peppers, diced

T Garlic, minced

C Jalapeno pepper, minced

C Haserot Beef Broth
Directions:
Heat 2T
cooking oil in heavy skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
Add
garlic, onions, green and jalapeno peppers and cook quickly until soft - do not
burn - stir often.
Add
ground beef and cook for 3-5 minutes over medium high heat.
Drain
off excess moisture and grease.
Add
herbs and spices, stir in well, continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add
enough broth to cover meat - lower heat to medium - reduce liquid by 50% - stir
occasionally.
Add
kitchen cut tomatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Add 7
Bean Cuisine - stir in well - reduce heat and simmer for additional 10 minutes.
Adjust
thickness with remaining broth.
Adjust
seasonings with salt and milled pepper.
YIELD:
