Shrimp Barsac

 

Ingredients:

24 pieces  Shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail-on

¼ C    Olive Oil

2 T    Garlic, minced

¼ C    Parsley, chopped fine

½ C    White Wine

2 T    Whole Butter

¼ - ½ C  Bread Crumbs

TT    Salt & Pepper

 

Directions:

1. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium high heat.

2. Add shrimp and cooked until no longer transparent.

3. Add garlic and parsley, finish sautéing the shrimp.

4. Deglaze with the white wine and reduce by half.

5. Add whole butter and stir in bread crumbs.

6. Adjust seasoning and serve immediately.
