Ham Wellington
Ingredients:
1 Country Manor Club Car Ham
2 Puff Pastry Dough Sheets
1
C Apricot Preserves
¼
C Dark Brown Sugar
1
T Soy Sauce
2
T Natural Pak Ground Mustard
Directions:
Preheat
oven to 325*F.
Remove casing
from ham and score top with knife.
Warm
preserves over low heat.
Add
brown sugar, soy sauce and mustard - stir until blended to create glaze.
Brush
ham with glaze and bake 1 hour.
Remove
and cool for 45 minutes.
Place
dough sheets on baking pan and brush with an egg wash.
Place
ham on sheets and fold dough around ham - seal completely.
Brush
outside of dough with egg wash an bake at 375*F for 45-60 minutes (until dough
is golden brown)
Allow
to rest before slicing - use a serrated knife to carve.
Serve
with Apricot Mustard Cream Sauce.
