Directions:
Sauté
the Steak tips until evenly browned.
Add the
onions, peppers, mushrooms, and garlic - season with salt and pepper - sauté
until soft.
Add
tomatoes and demi-glace - simmer 5 minutes.
Finish
with butter, adjust seasonings and serve over cooked Kluski noodles.
