Santa Fe Mushrooms

 

Ingredients:

3 T  Bocelli Olive Oil and Canola Blend 

1 LB  White Mushrooms, Sliced 

1 T  Fresh parsley, chopped 

2 tsp.  MarketSource Dill, chopped 

˝ tsp.  Natural Pak Ground White Pepper 

˝ tsp.  Natural Pak Crushed Red Pepper 

!/4 C   Gold Tequila 

1 C  Sour Cream 

 

Directions:

Heat oil in sauté pan over medium high heat and sauté mushrooms until tender.

Add seasonings, blending well.

Add tequila, cook down slightly.

Stir in sour cream slowly.

Simmer over low heat to heat through.
