STEWED TOMATOES

 

Ingredients:

2 each    Large onions, fine dice

2 Gal.    Kitchen Cut Tomatoes in puree

3 each    Bay leaves

SALT TO TASTE

Fresh Milled Pepper

 

Directions:

Sauté onions in oil until soft - DO NOT COLOR - add tomatoes - stir well to blend - add rest of ingredients - cook for 1 ¼ hours stirring occasionally
