Remoulade Sauce

 

Ingredients:

3 C  Natural Pak Mayonnaise 

¼ C  Capers, drained, chopped 

¼ C  Dill pickle, chopped 

¼ C  MarketSource Fresh Chervil, chopped 

¼ C  MarketSource Fresh Chives, chopped 

¼ C  MarketSource Fresh Tarragon, chopped 

1.5 T  Maille Dijon Mustard 

2 tsp  Anchovies, minced to paste 

TT  Salt, Pepper, Worcestershire and Tabasco 

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients well.

Hold Sauce refrigerated.
