Pacific Rim Steak Salad

Ingredients:

5 ozs. Brandt julienne steak tips

3 ozs. MarketSource chopped romaine

2 ozs. Watercress, chopped

1.5 ozs. Natural Pak Sesame ginger dressing

1 oz. Seeded and peeled tomatoes

1 oz. Diced scallion

½ oz. Terra Sticks

TT Salt & Pepper

Directions:

Season the meat with salt and pepper and pan sear.

Toss the romaine, watercress, tomatoes scallions and dressing together.

Mound greens in center of plate, top with seared steak tips.

Garnish with the Terra Sticks.
