New England Style Crumb Topped Cod

 

Ingredients:

10 pcs.  7 oz. Fjord Fresh IQF Cod Loins 

6 C  Ritz crackers, crushed 

24 ozs.  60/40 Mar/Butter blend, melted 

5 ozs.  Lemon juice 

As needed  Salt, pepper, garlic powder 

 

Directions:

Dress thawed cod loin in lemon juice.

Coat with melted Mar/Butter and season with salt and pepper. 

Top fish with Ritz crumbs, coating well.

Sprinkle top of crumbs with garlic and paprika.

Drizzle evenly with remaining melted Mar/butter.

Bake at 375* for 10-12 minutes.
