Nantucket Crumb Cod

 

Ingredients:

10 pcs.  8 oz. Fresh Day Boat Gourmet Cod  

6 C  Ritz crackers, crushed 

12 ozs.  Lobster combo meat 

24 ozs.  Plugra clarified butter 

5  Lemons 

As needed  Salt, pepper, garlic powder 

 

Directions:

Squeeze lemon juice over cod fillets.

Coat with melted Plugra and season with salt and pepper. 

Top fish with Ritz crumbs blended with the lobster meat, coating well.

Sprinkle top of crumbs with garlic and paprika.

Drizzle evenly with remaining melted Mar/butter.

Bake at 375* for 10-12 minutes.
