Mashed Potato Quenelles

 

Ingredients:

2 LB  Garden Chef Fresh Mashed Potatoes 

2  Eggs, beaten 

1 C  San Marco Fresh Grated Parmesan 

TT  Salt and White Pepper 

1 T  MarketSource Fresh Thyme, chopped 

1 tsp.   MarketSource Fresh Oregano, chopped 

1 tsp.  Natural Pak Garlic Powder 

 

Directions:

Blend potatoes with eggs, cheese and herbs until incorporated.

Form into quenelles using a pair of spoons (approximately 2 ozs. each)

Place on greased baking sheet in 375*F oven and bake until 140*F internal temperature.
