Sake
Marinade
Ingredients:
2 6 oz. U.S. Choice Sirloin Ranch Club
Steaks
¾
C Celery, bias cut
½
C Carrots, bias cut
½ C
each Red and Yellow Peppers,
julienne
1
C Broccoli Florets
2
ozs. Family Tradition Sugar Snap
Peas
1
C Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
2
tsp. Natural Pak Sesame Seeds
2
T Vegetable Oil
2
tsp. Sesame Oil

RECIPE Sake Marinade
Directions:
Lay
steaks in shallow pan and cover with Sake Marinade.
Allow
to marinate 4-6 hours, turning once.
Remove
steaks and pat dry, then grill medium rare over char-grill.
While
steaks are grilling, heat vegetable oil in skillet or wok.
Sauté
or stir fry celery, carrots and broccoli for 2 minutes.
Add
julienned peppers and cook 2 more minutes.
Add
mushrooms, sugar peas and sauté for another 2 minutes or until vegetables are
crisp, but tender.
Arrange
on service plate creating a bed covering 3/4ths of the plate.
Cut
steaks on bias (London Broil style) and fan steaks over edge of vegetables.
Garnish
with herbs and sprinkle rim of plate with black and white sesame seeds.
