Home-style Hearty Meatloaf

 

Ingredients:

2 LB  Brandt 80-20 Ground Beef 

½ LB  Ground Pork 

2 T  White Mustang Horseradish 

½ LB  Brandt Layout Bacon 18-22, cooked, drained, diced 

½ C  Onion, minced 

1 T  Garlic, minced 

1 C  California Red Kitchen Cut Tomatoes, drained 

2 C  Baker Boy Imperial Bread Crumbs 

2   Eggs 

½ C  Sour Cream 

TT  Salt & Pepper 

 

Directions:

Lightly mix all ingredients together on low speed in a mixing bowl using the paddle.

Do not over mix as it creates a tough meatloaf.

Place in large loaf or roasting pan.

Bake at 350*F for approximately 45 minutes.

Serve with Haserot Brown Gravy.
