Ham “Spirit Glaze”

 

Ingredients:

1 C  Red wine 

1 C  Bourbon 

1 C  Brown sugar 

1/4 tsp.   Natural Pak Ground Cloves 

2 T  Grated Orange Peel 

 

Directions:

Remove ham 30 minutes prior to baking completion.

Increase oven temperature to 425*F.

Cut slits diagonally criss crossing ham.

Combine and spread over ham.

Lower heat back to 325*F before replacing ham.

Finish baking last 30 minutes, basting often, until internal temperature of 140*f is reached.
