Ham “Holiday Glaze”

 

Ingredients:

1.5 C  Brown sugar 

3 tsp.  Natural Pak Ground Mustard 

3-4 T  Haserot Apple Cider Vinegar to moisten above ingredients 

 

Directions:

Remove ham 30 minutes prior to baking completion.

Increase oven temperature to 425*F.

Cut slits diagonally criss crossing ham.

Combine and spread over ham.

Lower heat back to 325*F before replacing ham.

Finish baking last 30 minutes until internal temperature of 140*f is reached.
