Grouper with Bacon, Dijon & Horseradish Crust

 

Ingredients:

20  8 ounce portion fresh Black Grouper 

5 LB  Sour Cream 

5.5 C  Country Manor Pure Chopped Bacon 

2.75 C  Dijon mustard 

2.75 C  White Mustang Horseradish 

TT  Salt & pepper 

 

Directions:

Season the grouper with salt and pepper.

Combine the remaining ingredients, blending well.

Spread mix liberally over the fish.

Bake in 400*F oven for 12-15 minutes.

YIELD: 20 portions
