Ingredients:
20 8 ounce portion fresh Black Grouper

LB Sour Cream

C Country Manor Pure Chopped Bacon
2.75
C Dijon mustard
2.75
C White Mustang Horseradish
TT Salt & pepper
Directions:
Season
the grouper with salt and pepper.
Combine
the remaining ingredients, blending well.
Spread
mix liberally over the fish.
Bake in
400*F oven for 12-15 minutes.
