Grilled
Tuna Skewers
Ingredients:

LB Tuna loin, cut into 80 ¾ x ¾ inch
cubes
3 Large green peppers, cut into ¾ x ¾
inch
3 Large red peppers, cut into ¾ x ¾ inch
1 Large yellow onion, cut into large dice
40 Small to medium white mushrooms,
cleaned

C Royal Hawaiian BBQ sauce
Directions:
Marinate
tuna cubes in 1cup of BBQ sauce for 2 hours prior to making skewers.
Assemble
skewers by placing tuna, red pepper, onion, green pepper, tuna, and mushroom on
skewer - repeat.
Grill
skewers, basting with remaining BBQ sauce as needed.
