Grilled Swordfish Dijon

 

Ingredients:

4 pieces  Fresh Swordfish Steaks, cut 1”” thick 

¼ cup   Fresh Lemon Juice 

5 T  Dijon Mustard 

¼ cup   Butter, melted 

3 T  Fresh Lemon Juice 

2 T  Dijon Mustard 

 

Directions:

Preheat gas grill or fire charcoal grill to hot coals.

Brush swordfish with lemon juice and spread one side with mustard.

Grill fish 4”-5” over hot coals with mustard side up until opaque, approximately 12-15 minutes, moving once to create cross hatch grill marks.

DO NOT TURN FISH OVER.

Remove fish to service platter with the mustard side down.

For sauce, heat butter, lemon juice and mustard in small, heavy saucepan.

Spoon sauce over Swordfish and serve immediately.
