Coast Shrimp Salad
Ingredients:

ozs. Gold Coast Large Key West Pink
Shrimp Pieces
4
ozs. MarketSource Italian Salad
Blend
5
pcs. Grape tomatoes
1
oz. Cucumber, sliced
1 Slice red onion
¼
C Alfalfa Sprouts
2
ozs. Natural Pak Parisian Champagne
Vinaigrette
¼
tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
Directions:
Toss
shrimp pieces in Old Bay; allow to sit for 30 minutes.
Grill
shrimp, then chill completely.
Toss
salad mix, cucumbers, tomatoes and onion with dressing.
Plate,
pulling the vegetables to the top.
Add
Alfalfa sprouts to top of salad as garnish.
Arrange
shrimp randomly around and over salad mix.

1
