Ginger
Sherry Boneless Pork Chops
Ingredients:
1/3
cup Dry Sherry
2
T Soy Sauce
1
T Vegetable Oil
1
T Ginger Root, finely chopped
1
tsp Honey
1
clove Garlic, finely chopped
4
pieces 1” Thick Center Cut Boneless
Pork Chops
Directions:
Mix all
ingredients together (except pork) in a shallow glass dish.
Place
pork in dish; turn to coat with marinade.
Cover
and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Remove
pork from marinade; reserve marinade.
Grill
pork chops over medium hot coals, 14-16 minutes brushing occasionally with the
reserved marinade.
Turn
once during grilling, until no longer pink in center.
Allow
to rest 5 minutes prior to serving.
