DRY CHERRY or CRANBERRY STUFFING (for pork chop)

 

Ingredients:

11/2 C    Cubed stale bread

1/8 C     Sliced Almonds

¼ each    apple, peeled, cored, medium dice

¼ C    Dried fruit of choice

¼ C    Stock

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients - moisten with stock - use to stuff pork chop - grill mark each pork chop on 1 side only and remove to tray to bake to completion in oven
