California Griller Steak Salad

 

Ingredients:

5 ozs.  Brandt California Grillers 

4 ozs.  MarketSource Italian Salad Blend 

5 pcs.  Grape tomatoes 

1 oz.  Cucumber, sliced 

1  Slice red onion 

¼ C  Alfalfa Sprouts 

2 ozs.  Natural Pak Gorgonzola Vinaigrette 

 

Directions:

Season California Grillers with salt and pepper.

Grill to medium and slice on a bias.

Toss salad mix, cucumbers, tomatoes and onion with dressing.

Plate, pulling the vegetables to the top.

Add Alfalfa sprouts to top of salad as garnish.

Shingle sliced steak around salad mix .
