Salmon in White Wine
Ingredients:
4
pieces Salmon Fillet, cut 6 ounces
2
each Shallots, minced
1
T Fresh Lemon Juice
To
Taste Salt & Pepper
1
pinch Nutmeg
1
pinch Cloves, ground
¼
cup Butter, melted
As
Needed Dry White Wine
Directions:
Butter
a baking dish and arrange salmon in dish.
Combine
shallots, nutmeg, cloves, salt, pepper and lemon juice; sprinkle over fish.
Bake
fish in preheated 325*F oven for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes.
Remove
from baking dish to service plate.
Top
with a recipe of Hollandaise Sauce and serve garnished with lemon and chopped
parsley.
