Ingredients:
1 8 oz. Fjord Fresh Cod Loin

C Baker Boy Imperial Breader
1 Orange, zested, juiced
1 Lemon, zested

T MarketSource tarragon, chopped

oz. Butter
1
oz. White wine

C Baker Boy Deluxe Breading Mix
Directions:
Combine
imperial breader, fruit zest and tarragon.
Season
cod loin with salt and pepper.
Top
with breading mix evenly.
Place
in pie tin with orange juice, wine and butter.
Bake
8-10 minutes in 400*F oven.
Serve
with poaching liquid pooled under cod.
