Wild Shrimp with Tokyo Rub




Ingredients


  • 2 lbs Perfection Wild Caught Shrimp 16-20 ct (Thawed)

  • Rub With Love Tokyo Rub

  • Olive Oil

  • Bamboo Skewers Soaked

  • Prepared Seaweed Salad

Preparation:

Skewer the Shrimp and place in a shallow dish. Pat dry. Liberally sprinkle with Tokyo Rub and Drizzle with olive oil making sure all shrimp are well seasoned. Place in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours.

Preheat & clean grill.

Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 3 minutes per side or until shrimp is cooked through.

Platter shrimp skewers and serve.

Serve with a side of the Seaweed Salad
